UX DESIGNER · RESEARCHER — 7+ YEARS

I design B2B products where research validates strategy.

I specialize in complex domains —finance and logistics—. I don't design by intuition: I use research to decide what's worth building and, more importantly, what's better to discard.

Service Designer in digital governance: how we designed a prioritization model for the IDB

As Service Designer & UX Lead at Continuum, I led for 7 months the design of the first digital governance model for the IDB's operational cycle: a +150-page Playbook with a common language, defined roles, an objective prioritization formula and a 6-stage process — co-created with 26 stakeholders from 9 areas and validated before the leadership of Operations, IT and Change Management. The most honest impact indicator: implementation was conditioned on hiring the profiles we defined.

Fiduciary Interface IDB : +40 users in 8 countries to discover that the problem was not technological

As UX Designer at Continuum, I was responsible for the research and design of the IDB's Fiduciary Interface for 12 months. Research with +40 users in 8 countries to resolve the fragmentation between systems and processes associated with tenders, contracts and disbursements. At the close of Stage 2, stakeholders decided to implement the solution on Salesforce — a Stage 3 I did not participate in.

From a legacy BMS to a B2B SaaS: design decisions in a project that never reached production

As UX/UI Designer at Grupo Progestión, I participated in the design of a SAP-like administrative system into a modern SaaS for the integrated management of a multi-company holding. Main goal: centralize the management of multiple companies and reduce the support tickets the legacy system accumulated. The project was paused at 30% completion. This case documents the decisions made in that context.

A designer who thinks in systems and research for high-complexity environments.

Strategic Impact: Over 10 years in digital design, with the last 7 focused on UX for banking, fintech, and logistics. I design products for critical sectors where research doesn't just validate, but defines the strategic scope to reduce investment risks.

Governance and Product Continuity: My value lies in ensuring that business logic and research findings are never lost. I document complex processes and flows so that the product evolves consistently, guaranteeing operational continuity of knowledge during team rotations or changes.

Global Mindset & Local Presence: Experience adapting products to multicultural and regulatory contexts across 8 countries for the IDB, and working remotely for the USA. Currently based in France (FLE B1 in progress), with full availability to join teams onsite, hybrid, or remote, bringing a global vision to local projects.
